Who we are
The GO is a team coordinated by two cofounders - Pedro Simões and Joana Bento Rodrigues.
Both are the responsible orthopaedic surgeons, maintaining regular contact and, thus, ensuring consistency in clinical decisions.
The team has an internationally renowned experienced surgeon who acts as a consultant and provides support in innovative surgical techniques and counseling- Professor Ofer Levy.
The orthopedic surgeons rely on regular updating on bi-annual fellowships at shoulder and elbow reference centers. In addition, they participate regularly in conferences or courses aimed at training and continuous updating. Whenever possible they act together in the operating room, along with the consultant.
Teamwork. GO makes a difference being a team that bases clinical and surgical activity on case discussion and knowledge sharing, besides the surgical technique. It is thus based on the work of a fixed and specialized team, in order to achieve successful results.
Experience, Excellence and Innovation. The best therapeutic results are only achieved through the alliance of experience, excellence and innovation. In this sense, the surgical team of orthopedic surgeons has the support of a renowned foreign surgeon. The innovation is based on the continuous training of GO elements and their dedication to clinical research.
Consistency. The GO operates within well defined protocols which allows a better consistency in the final results.
